By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

• Booking Details: Puja type, date, time, venue/address, special requests, and participant details.
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment method (processed by Razorpay; we do not store card/UPI details directly).
• Profile Data: Profile photo, saved addresses, preferences, and review/rating history.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and session duration (via cookies and analytics).
• Communication Data: Support tickets, complaint descriptions, and messages to our team.

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To match you with verified Pundits and facilitate service delivery.
• To process payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates via email and notifications.
• To respond to support tickets, complaints, and enquiries.
• To improve Platform features, content, and overall user experience.
• To comply with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Pundits: Name, booking details, venue, and contact information are shared with the assigned Panditji to fulfil the booked service.
• With Payment Processors: Razorpay processes payments; their Privacy Policy governs their data use.
• With Service Providers: Email/SMS providers, hosting services, and analytics tools operating under strict data agreements.
• Legal Compliance: Where required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continuity of privacy protections.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at punditpujaonline@gmail.com, subject to legal retention obligations.

• Remember your preferences (city, service area, language).
• Analyse Platform usage to improve features.
